Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wholesale hardware products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review the issue.

Approved replacements or resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Used products
  • Opened products
  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our end.
